2nd Annual Kiley Ranch Fall Harvest Festival - October 18th

Once again, Kiley Ranch will hold its Fall Harvest Festival 10:00am to 2:00pm on October 18th at the Kiley Ranch Welcome Center. We will be partnering with the Food Bank of Northern Nevada to collect food and monetary donations and in exchange, will be giving away free pumpkins. All we ask is that you give a $5 cash donation or five cans of food, and you’ll get a free pumpkin while supplies last (one per child please). Come out and enjoy face painting, a farmers’ market, and activities and fun for the whole family. Can’t wait to see you there! August 27 kicks off the 20th Annual Best in the West Nugget Rib Cookoff in Victorian Square in Sparks that will run through September 1. On Saturday May 17, 10am-2pm at the Kiley Ranch Welcome Center. Speakers include The Food Bank of Northern Nevada at 10am on Growing a Healthier Community; Truckee Meadows Water Authority at 11am on Using Water Responsibly; and, Wright Garden Center on Organic and Sustainable Gardening. Stick around after the forum to help us plant our sustainable vegetable garden that will benefit the Food Bank of Northern Nevada! Can’t wait to see you there!

Easter is coming to Kiley Ranch!

On Saturday March 22nd, Kiley Ranch will celebrate its first ever children’s Easter Egg Hunt at the Welcome Center, located at 1000 Kiley Pkwy in Sparks! There will be two separate hunts divided by age group: six thru ten yr olds are scheduled for 10:00 am and children 5 & under are scheduled for 11:00 am. Bring the little ones and their baskets. The Easter Bunny will be on hand from 10:00 am to noon, and there will be face painting as well, so don’t forget your cameras!

In addition, there will be prizes awarded for the Kiley Ranch Easter Coloring Contest. Click on the link below for the picture, print it out, and bring the finished product into the Kiley Ranch Welcome Center between now and March 22nd for a chance to win great prizes! There will be one winner in each of four categories: 4 & under, 5 & 6 yr olds; 7 &8 yr olds; and 9 & 10 yr olds.

Love Your Heart Day

In celebration of Heart Month, Kiley Ranch will be holding Love Your Heart Day on February 23rd from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Kiley Ranch Welcome Center. Representatives from the American Heart Association will be on hand to discuss heart health as well as fitness professionals from 24 Hour Fitness and experts on nutrition. We will also be serving heart healthy snacks and refreshments. In addition to the educational opportunities inside the Welcome Center, United Blood Services will be on hand in the parking lot collecting blood donations. Each blood donor will be entered in United Blood Services’ monthly drawing for a $250 Visa gift card! The YPN is the local Young Professionals Network that strives to cultivate an involved and informed local young professional community in order to retain and attract young talent to our region. NAIOP Bus Tour

Yesterday, September 6th, Kiley Ranch participated in the first ever Reno area NAIOP Bus Tour. In case you were wondering, NAIOP stands for National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Since Kiley Ranch has over 100 acres dedicated to Office Space and Business Park, it was a great chance to get together with other industry professionals and learn about available properties in town as well as share information about our own. The Reno area is growing rapidly and their are thousands of new jobs becoming available as a result! What an exciting time and place to be!
