On the Ranch

Kiley Ranch received approvals for a rezone, final handbook and tentative map for phase one of the Kiley Ranch Business Park from the Sparks City Council in a 4-0 vote.  The Kiley Ranch Business Park is conveniently located a the intersection of Pyramid Way and Lazy 5 Parkway, taking full advantage of its visibility off of Pyramid Way and its adjacency to the commercial and residential areas within Kiley Ranch.  Directly to the north is Washoe County’s Lazy 5 Regional Park – soon to be connected to Kiley Ranch by a regional trail and linear park.
